ATHLETIC TRANSFER DOCUMENTS

If you are a new student in the high school division and wish to participate in athletics, please review the Transfer Rule to see if you might be eligible.
If you feel you might be eligible, fill out the MIL Appeal Form and turn it into the Athletic Coordinator prior to the beginning of the school year, if possible. It is extremely important that you do this as soon as possible. Those who wait until their season begins, may not receive a ruling in time to participate in their season.
